Supreme Court Upholds Obamacare

The Supreme Court upheld the President's health insurance mandate.
The Supreme Court also agreed to uphold arule that lets children stay on their parents insurance until they're twenty six years old.
The high court rejected a mandatory expansion of medicaid.
They say the Federal Government can ask states to provide new benefits but can
not throw them out of the medicaid system if they don't.

Medicaid recipients will keep getting discounts on prescription drugs.
Most of the mandates don't start until 2014.
This is when most americans will be required to carry insurance or pay the penalty.
The tax will start at 95 dollars a year or up to one percent of a person's income, whichever is greater.
