In Washington D.C. a jury acquitted Roger Clemens finding he did not lie to Congress.
The former baseball pitcher was found not guilty of obstruction of Congress making false statements and perjury.
Prosecutors claimed Clemens lied to lawmakers in 2008 when he testified that he'd never used performance-enhancing drugs.
His first trial ended in a mistrial.
