Music was flowing through the halls of the Cancer Center Of Acadiana this morning.

This was done all in an effort to soothe the nerves of Cancer patients receiving after radiation therapy.

Dr. Jeffery George, a professor at UL volunteered his time to bring the gift of music to patients who were a little on edge.

This is all part of a big effort by the Cancer Center Of America to reduce stress and to help promote healing in the body.

The center is currently looking for volunteers to give some of their time to come and play.
