A new study ranking of american states and cities for peacefulness puts Louisiana on the bottom of the heap.

The US Peace Index took 5 factors into account including the number of homicides, the number of violent crimes, and the number of people locked up in jail.

This is the eleventh year in a row Louisiana pulled the least peaceful state title.
