Jackie Hagan the former Lafayette police officer accused of sexual battery has turned himself in.

This comes after Pamela Harris the woman who claims she was battered last November filed a lawsuit yesterday.

Hagan was taken to the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.

Hagan's bond has been set at twenty thousand dollars.
