A local group of entrepreneurs is breaking into the sports drink world.

Covington natives Brian brothers and Craig Hart have teamed up with the LSU-AG Center to create a sports drink called EX-5.

The Baton Rouge born drink has three times less sugar and calories and three times more electrolytes than other popular sports drinks.

EX-5 is distributed locally by Mockler Beverage and is available in stores all across the Capitol area.
