Gas prices this month have been on the decline.

 They've dropped one cent alone in the past day.

The national average price for a gallon of gasoline is now $3.83. 

In Baton Rouge the average price is $3.69.

As the summer driving season approaches, analysts say if there aren't any supply issues or refinery outages, that may be the worst of it.
