Saints Quarterback Drew Brees has no plans to participate in training camp later this month without a long term contra

 According to ESPN the Saints have reportedly offered Brees a deal that would pay him just over 19-million dollars a year.

This would make him the highest paid player in the history of the NFL.

The two sides have until  Monday to ink a new deal.

If that doesn't happen Brees would be forced to play under the one year franchise tag.
