Two years after the Deepwater Horizon disaster a BP engineer has been arrested on obstruction of justice charges.

Sources say Kurt Mix of Katy Texas intentionally deleted hundreds of text messages with a supervisor.

The texts are thought to be about BPs efforts to cap the well and how the top kill proedure was not working.

BP has not yet commented on the arrest.
