The bayou state's history is on display at the Louisiana State Museum.

The exhibit is called Our Louisiana celebrating two hundred years of statehood and it features more than one hundred fifty artifacts from Louisiana's cultural, political and artisitc history.

This includes a flag honoring Louisiana becoming a state and governor Huey P. Long's deathbed.

 
The exhibit is free to the public and runs through march of next year.
