Still low chance for development

This morning the showers and storms along with a Tropical Wave south of Cuba have become more concentrated. The chance for development has been raised to 20% over the next 48 hours for this system to become a Tropical Cyclone. That is still considered a low chance but will be tracked closely for development. The sysytem is moving WNW at 10 -15 mph and that motion is expected to continue.
