A St. Bernard Parish man is behind bars after officials say he scammed BP.

Glann Cascio Jr. was picked up by the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. According to the agency, Cascio filed fake fishing trip ticket documents so he could get money from BP. KADN is  told he got $10,000 from the oil company.

Cascio is changed with theft by fraud and falsifying public records.
