The troubles of the Lafayette Housing Authority continue over the potential misappropriation of over $240,000.

The money was discovered after a recent audit.

State Representative Rickey Hardy has now brought to light another name in the investigation, Beatrice Wilson. She is also known for her radio career name, Porsha Evans.

According to Hardy, she has 12 charges of felony and should never had been hired by the LHA. On her application, she left out vital information regarding her convictions and charges of felony.

Mayor President Joey Durel expects to appoint several new LHA commissioner's this week.
