E-mail Chris The fact Chris decided to make sports a career comes as no surprise to anyone who has ever known him. He started writing a weekly sports newspaper in the fourth grade, which he distributed to neighbors and classmates. His professional career began in the sixth grade, when he started writing articles for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Chris came to Fox News Louisiana from KTVE-KARD in Monroe. There, he served as a sports reporter and weekend sports anchor from August 2003-June 2004 before being promoted to sports director, a job he held until moving to Baton Rouge in January 2007. Before coming to Louisiana, Chris worked as a jack of all trades for ESPN Radio 103.3 in Dallas/Fort Worth. He served as a reporter, anchor, talk show host, engineer, webmaster and whatever else was needed on any given day. Chris is a native of Arlington, Texas, and attended the University of Missouri at Columbia. He married Baton Rouge native Cassie Anne Craig on June 24, 2006. Most Popular |
